Xiaomi has officially launched its Xiaomi 15 series smartphones at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. Unlike other manufacturers that introduced their flagship devices earlier, Xiaomi strategically waited to unveil its top-tier smartphones globally at this event.
The Xiaomi 15 series emphasizes professional-grade mobile photography, featuring Leica Summilux optical lenses for exceptional photo and video capabilities. Additionally, the devices run on the latest Xiaomi HyperOS 2, enhancing performance, connectivity, and AI-powered features for a next-generation user experience.
While the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro were released in China weeks earlier, the European launch includes the Xiaomi 15 and the high-end Xiaomi 15 Ultra, designed to compete with the best in the market.

Pricing and Availability
Pre-orders for the Xiaomi 15 series start today, with a promotional offer running until March 16. Customers purchasing a Xiaomi 15 or Xiaomi 15 Ultra will receive a complimentary Xiaomi Pad 7 Gray tablet. Pricing begins at €1,099.99 (~$1,141) for the Xiaomi 15 and €1,499.99 (~$1,556) for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, both offering 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Xiaomi is also introducing a special photography kit, similar to the one available for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which enhances the phone’s camera-like functionality and extends battery life. However, details on its availability in different markets remain unclear.
