Windsor Fashions, a special occasion and fast-fashion retailer, officially opened its doors on Oct. 14. The store is located near the food court in Independence Mall.

The Zekaria family opened the first Windsor store in 1937, with the mission to create an oasis that inspires and empowers women. Windsor focuses on providing a broad selection of on-trend apparel for all the occasions in a woman’s life — prom, graduation, seasonal events, date night or just having brunch with the girls.
While many fashion retailers are closing or downsizing, Windsor said they are experiencing a strong momentum.
