I called my congressman to ask about a health concern thinking he had resources to help me. He said, “ Call your doctor.” Of course I said to myself, how stupid of me. My congressman is a Republican Rice Farmer who never even wears a mask in a pandemic. His level of knowledge begins and ends at what herbicide to put on his rice crop.
The level of scientific, and medical education in Congress is appalling yet the ignorance of things necessary for our survival does not stop these ignorant fools from uttering daily pronouncements about medicine.
No doubt many prayers of supplication have been offered up for salvation from the diabolical pandemic. Those prayers have been answered. We have free masks everywhere and free vaccines readily available.
Just as the Children of Israel were fed with the perfect food Mana, they soon rejected it, begging for meat. They got their meat and died by the thousands. So to our salvation is at hand but the foolish leaders tell us to reject what God has offered and press on toward death.
