But this isn’t any old sitting in the dark. This is Octopus Energy’s Saving Sessions, the gamification of energy saving. This is sitting in the dark . . . for prizes.
The goal, Octopus says, is for customers to minimise electricity consumption during peak times, easing the impact of price hikes while taking pressure off the grid.
