The “Today” show weather anchor celebrated the nuptials of his oldest daughter, Courtney, over the weekend in New Jersey. Roker and his wife, ABC News correspondent Deborah Roberts, attended Friday’s ceremony. Roker’s youngest daughter, 22-year-old Leila, was her big sister’s maid of honor. Roker’s 18-year-old son Nick was in the wedding as a groomsman.
Roker captured the romantic day, posting several pictures from the celebration, including a black-and-white photo of him and Courtney swaying on the dance floor.

“A perfect magical evening being there for the marriage of my first princess,” Roker wrote on Instagram.
“Last night was beyond anything I could ever imagine. I celebrated my love for my husband, and felt the love from everyone. My heart is filled with happiness and filled with joy,” Courtney shared on her own Instagram page.

“Congrats to our friends @alroker & @debrobertsabc and the stars of the night Courtney & Wesley on this beautiful wedding! We had so much fun!” Jones shared on Instagram.
Courtney and Laga announced their engagement last April on Instagram. The proposal was supposed to take place in Paris, but with coronavirus shuttering travel for the time being, Laga proposed at home instead. Roker also posted the photo of the couple showing off the new ring.
“I was waiting to get the ok, but now that it’s on her insta, we are so thrilled the @djweslaga asked @ouichefcourtney to marry him,” Roker wrote. “#shesaidyes Could not be more thrilled for these two.”

While the pandemic changed the course for the Parisian proposal, the family was able to travel to the the City of Light to celebrate the youngest daughter’s graduation. Leila graduated from American University in May, making her dad “incredibly proud.”

“Four years that tested and made you an amazing adult,” he wrote on Instagram with a family photo of the whole gang.

“The Real” co-host Jeannie Mai and “Put On” rapper Jeezy tied the knot a year after getting engaged. The couple’s intimate “mini-mony” included only “immediate family and a few close friends” who tested negative for COVID-19. Mai posted a photo of herself on Instagram walking down the steps in her wedding dress and bouquet in hand. “You will forever be my ‘I Do.’ 🤍Mrs. Jeannie Mai Jenkins,” she wrote.
Actress Bella Thorne, 23, and Italian pop star beau Benjamin Mascolo are engaged, the couple announced March 20 on Instagram. “She said YES,” Mascolo, 27, wrote with ring and heart emojis. He posted several photos of the couple with her ring finger front and center, wearing a pear-shaped engagement ring circled with diamonds. The two traded “I love yous” in a video shared to their Instagram Stories.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley and wrestler Zack Clayton Carpinello got engaged Feb. 27, the “Jersey Shore” alum announced on March 9.
“I said yes on the top of the Empire State Building,” she captioned an Instagram post featuring photos of the two kissing while overlooking New York City.
Farley shares two young children, Greyson and Meilani, with ex Roger Matthews, to whom she was married from 2015 to 2019.
Nicolas Cage, 57, tied the knot for a fifth time to 26-year-old Riko Shibata in Las Vegas on Feb. 16, the actor’s representative Shannon Barr confirmed to USA TODAY in March.
“It’s true, and we are very happy,” Cage said in a statement.
The newlyweds exchanged traditional Catholic and Shinto vows during their intimate ceremony at Las Vegas’ Wynn Hotel. Shibata wore a handmade Japanese bridal kimono from her native country while Cage opted for a Tom Ford tuxedo. The wedding ceremony was followed by a small reception attended by Cage’s ex-wife Alice Kim and their 15-year-old son Kal-El. Cage also shares son Weston, 30, with actress Christina Fulton.
Hannah Berner from Bravo’s “Summer House” is hearing wedding bells ring as she prepares to tie the knot with new fiancé Des Bishop. In an Instagram post Wednesday featuring the couple (and a flashy new accessory on Berner’s ring finger), she revealed the engagement and wrote, “Thanks for the engagement shoot mom! Love you @desbishop.”
Television host Ross Mathews is preparing to tie the knot. Mathews announced his engagement on Twitter Feb. 23: “I am so proud to announce that after over a year together – navigating a pandemic, quarantine and opposite coasts – the smartest, funniest and kindest man I’ve ever met said, ‘Yes!’ Dr. García, I love you. A lifetime of adventure awaits.”
Ricki Lake is engaged! The “Hairspray” actress announced the good news on Feb. 21 with an Instagram post, which included a photo of her and boyfriend Ross Burningham. “Friends, I’m so so so excited to share some good news! I’m engaged! 💍 ♥️ This is Ross. He is my person. He is wonderful,” she wrote. “I love him very much and I am so grateful I get to love and be loved so deeply by this stellar human. Our next chapter is sure to be a good one.”
Paris Hilton announced her engagement to boyfriend Carter Reum on Feb. 17, sharing a photo montage following his proposal.

Joel Kinnaman and Kelly Gale are engaged! The American-Swedish actor shared the news on Instagram on Jan. 18. “She said no. Jus kiddin…” he wrote. The Swedish model also shared photos from the proposal. “Yours forever❤️” she wrote in a picture that showed off her engagement ring.
After surviving 2020, “Hunger Games” star Alexander Ludwig revealed in a Jan. 3 post to Instagram that he and Lauren Dear tied the knot near Park City, Utah. “We decided to elope. It has been such a crazy year but it certainly put things into perspective. Life is too short,” he wrote. “And i didnt want to spend another day without calling this beautiful woman my wife.”
