Syracuse, N.Y. — When TJ Conley was young and the Syracuse football team was playing on the road, he would sit glued to the TV until the game ended, then race outside as soon as it was over.
He didn’t just play football in his backyard. He re-created it, mimicking big moments and replicating the movements of players.
