Tennessee Titans updated Team Outlook after rookie Will Levis was named the starting QB for the rest of the season. The second round pick out of Kentucky made impressive starts against the Falcons and Steelers in which he threw for 4 touchdowns and only one interception. Levis will take over for the rest of the season, leaving veteran Ryan Tannehill as the backup and youngster Malik Willis as the third-string QB.
