With summer fast approaching, last week saw high-octane offerings with a dash of playfulness make their way into the beauty department as celebs went about their engagements.

Beyoncé is still minding her business while conquering the world with her Renaissance World tour. Last week, she dominated the City of Lights stealing hearts with her vocal prowess, energetic performance (alongside her daughter, Blue Ivy), statement-making outfits, and of course, her beauty offerings. Speaking of beauty offerings, one of our favorites from this past week was her easy, shimmery doll-up that complemented her baby blue high-slit dress. The look featured smokey eyes enlivened with silver eyeshadow and black winged liner supported by silver liner. Matte blush lips and fluffy brows nicely finished one of our favorite summer makeup looks spotted on a celeb last week.
Still in France, but this time in Cannes, Storm Reid reminded us why red lipstick will always make an impact regardless of skin tone. At the Cannes Film Festival, the actress evoked the spirit of old Hollywood glamor with a face beat that incorporated prominent winged liner, sexy red lips, and subtle blush. The beauty spot that sat gently on her top lip further fanned the retro flame.
Hair
Over in the hair department, Cindy Bruna made a case for voluminous curls as she strutted the red carpet at Cannes. Her hairdo was held nicely together at the nape of her neck with two sections sitting freely at the sides of her face. As if to crown the mane, the model opted for a chic hat from Ruslan Baginskiy that complemented her outfit and, of course, the hair.
