BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Jags are dominating the SWAG right now. They are first in the west division and they were back on the Bluff Saturday playing host to the Virginia Lynchburg Dragons for homecoming.
Game Recap:
In the first drive of the game, hand off to JJ Sims. He runs right and into the end zone he goes — the first touchdown of the game. Soon after, 10-0 Jags. Make 17-0 after Karl Ligon takes it to the house, diving and dodging defenders for the big touchdown.
Later in the game, BeSean McCray goes over the middle to Isaiah Taylor for a 34-yard touchdown. It’s 24-0 Jags. Southern pulls away with a huge win 51-7 on homecoming night and stays undefeated at home.
