The Las Vegas Raiders updated Team Outlook after signing TE O.J. Howard, who will be on his third team in as many seasons. Howard spent 2022 with the Houston Texans, catching ten passes for 145 yards and two touchdowns. The 28-year-old will replace TE Darren Waller, who was traded to the New York Giants for a third-round (No. 100) draft pick. The terms of Howard’s deal are to be determined. Las Vegas also signed EDGE Jordan Willis to a one-year deal.
