New London ― Music, food, and dancing livened the evening for supporters of local LGBTQ+ youth at the annual Born This Way Gala fundraiser for OutCT’s youth programs Sunday evening in the Pilot House room at Ocean Beach Park.
OutCT is a local nonprofit that supports LGBTQIA+ and promotes acceptance, tolerance, understanding of sexual orientations and gender identities.
The evening included entertainment from DJ Gadget and drag performer Leslie Avery. Members of the OutCT Youth Group offered reflections and the fashion show featured a “Once Upon a Time” theme.
