Powerfleet Inc. has hired David Wilson, the chief financial officer of NS1 Inc., to take over as its financial chief.
The Woodcliff Lake, N.J., provider of fleet-management solutions said Wednesday that Mr. Wilson has held the CFO role at a variety of business-to-business software-as-a-service companies, including Symphony Communications and Ooyala Inc., and has a track record of leading companies through successful business transformations.
Mr. Wilson is coming from NS1, a provider of next generation managed Domain Name System services, which he joined in May 2020, according to his LinkedIn.
He is joining the C-suite following the departure of Ned Mavrommatis, who stepped down in May to pursue another opportunity.
