The Philadelphia Phillies updated Team Outlook after 1B Rhys Hoskins suffered a torn ACL in spring training and will undergo surgery. The 30-year-old is expected to miss the entirety of the 2023 campaign. This past season, Hoskins launched 30 home runs to go along with 79 RBIs.
