Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after rookie Jonathan Mingo was named a starting receiver for the team. The Panthers took Mingo in the 2nd round of the 2023 NFL draft out of Ole Miss and have been impressed with the young receiver so far in training camp. Mingo’s starting nod comes at the expense of Terence Marshall, who was presumed to be the top receiver for the panthers.
