Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after veteran edge rusher Justin Houston signed a one-year deal with the team. Houston has spent 12 seasons in the league, recording 111.5 sacks over that time. The veteran will look to play a rotation role for the Panthers behind starters Brian Burns and Yetur Gross-Matos.
