Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after veteran cornerback Troy Hill was signed to add depth to the Panthers secondary. Hill has spent 6 seasons with the Rams while also playing single seasons in Cleveland and Cincinnati across his 8 NFL seasons. Hill will look to start in the 3rd CB spot for a Panthers team that has struggled with secondary depth behind starter Jaycee Horn.
