The San Diego Padres updated Team Outlook after signing Starting Pitcher Michael Wacha to a four-year, $24M deal. The contract includes player and team options that will save the Padres in luxury taxes. The 31-year-old veteran went 11-2 with a 3.32 ERA in 23 starts for the Boston Red Sox last season. Wacha spent his first seven seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals and was named MVP of the 2013 NLCS as a rookie.
