Mobile Streams PLC said Monday that it has appointed Robert Moore as nonexecutive chairman and Rama Uthayanan as finance director with immediate effect.
Charles Goodfellow, Mobile Streams’ current chairman, will become a nonexecutive director, the mobile-content and data-intelligence company said.
Mr. Moore was head of international legal affairs at Enterprise Oil PLC until its acquisition by Royal Dutch Shell PLC in 2002 and cofounder and commercial director at Granby Oil & Gas PLC until its sale in 2008, while Mr. Uthayanan has been finance director at Mobile Streams’ 49%-owned subsidiary Krunchdata Ltd. since December 2018, the London-listed company said.
