Seattle Mariners updated Team Outlook after veteran Catcher/DH Mitch Garver was signed to a 2-year deal with the team. Garver spent the last 2 seasons with the Rangers, including a .270 average last season to help the team win the World Series. The Mariners will use Garver primarily in the DH role this upcoming season.
