Davis stressed that she was “not scared of whatever comes next,” but is instead “at peace with it.” She is however “grieving” for her family, noting that her death will be “far harder for them than for me.”
In the meantime, the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star—who remarked that she’ll be reunited with her beloved late dog Gracie “sooner than expected”—expressed her plans to continue with her animal advocacy as well as her acting career, saying “acting is one of the biggest joys in my life.”
“For those of you on a similar journey to mine, I do wish you well. Cancer asks a lot from us, physically and mentally,” she wrote. “And we all get to do it however we choose. Much love to you all.”
