Love Island USA’s Kenzie Addresses ‘Trump Supporter’ Claims

Love Island USA season 8 standout Kenzie Annis is clearing the air about her supposed political affiliations.

“That’s so funny ‘cause I’m not a Trump supporter,” Kenzie, 24, said during a recent livestream, responding to a viewer comment that claimed the reality TV star was among President Donald Trump’s conservative supporters. “You guys can f*** the f*** off.”

Throughout Kenzie’s turn in the Love Island USA villa, fans believed that Kenzie might align with the Republican party and support Trump’s second term.

“Just because I’m blonde and white doesn’t mean I’m a f***ing Trump supporter,” she exclaimed in her livestream. “What the hell?”

The nursing school graduate was dumped from Love Island USA earlier this month alongside her now-boyfriend, Dylan Wrona, days before the season 8 finale. The couple are still going strong now that they’re away from the reality TV cameras.

“Getting to know you in the villa was unforgettable, but falling for you in the real world was all too easy,” Dylan, 24, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, July 23. “It didn’t take me long to realize there was no other way: I had to make you my girlfriend!”

He added, “I’m so excited for all the memories we are going to make.”

Before bombshell Dylan’s arrival, Kenzie made waves on the show for her signature splits and sex-positive antics in the communal bedroom.

“I don’t know why the girls were holding me to a different standard,” Kenzie said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast earlier this month, regarding criticism of the Peacock star exploring different connections. “Especially after getting out, it does feel, like, sexist almost, because I’m not a male and it’s like I can’t move like them maybe.”

For Kenzie, she said “it was hard” finding out that her dating life became a notable discussion point in and out of the villa.

“I didn’t feel that supported at that time,” she claimed. “[It] probably [did impact my friendships] a little bit. Just when you don’t feel as supported as you want to feel [by] your friends. But we did get over it and we talked about it. But yeah, it definitely hurt.”

She continued: “I was feeling like I wasn’t allowed to talk to two people at once. It just made no sense in my mind. I’m like, ‘Where are we right now?’ I’m very confused and feeling like I was just getting s*** on over and over for exploring when no one was closed off.”

Kenzie had been celibate “by choice” before going on Love Island USA.

“[My body count] was four [men] for a while and it was only my boyfriends — the guys that I had very seriously talked to,” she revealed on the podcast of her dating history, adding that she slept with three more men within a year after craving connection. “It made me just feel like I needed that connection. I need that connection with someone in order to do that.”

After experiencing casual sex, Kenzie admittedly felt “kind of icky.”

“I was just like, ‘I like to be a relationship girl,’” she recalled. “So I stopped because I wasn’t talking to anyone. I wasn’t going to do it. Then I’m like, ‘Well, I’m going on Love Island. I’ll just hopefully find my man there.’”
