Longtime Henry Schein Finance Chief Steven Paladino to Retire >HSIC

Henry Schein Inc. on Wednesday said Steven Paladino plans to retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer on April 29 after 35 years with the provider of healthcare products and services.

The Melville, N.Y., company said Ronald South, currently vice president of corporate finance and chief accounting officer, will become senior vice president and chief financial officer on that date.

Mr. Paladino, who joined Henry Schein in 1987, has been chief financial officer since 1993 and executive vice president since 2000. Mr. South joined Henry Schein in 2008 and has been chief accounting officer since 2013.

Henry Schein said Olga Timoshkina, who joined the company last year as vice president and corporate controller, will succeed Mr. South as vice president of corporate finance and chief accounting officer.
