Positioned as a premier ultra-thin laptop for creative professionals, the new model continues to deliver great performance like the previous gen, but now integrates Intel’s latest Panther Lake processors and advanced Tandem OLED display technology, signaling a significant hardware refresh for the Yoga lineup.
The Yoga Pro 9i centers on the Intel Core Ultra 300 series, boasting the Core Ultra 9 386H chipset. To support demanding workflows, the device includes 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM (7,467 MT/s) and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Graphical tasks are handled by NVIDIA’s RTX 50-series mobile GPUs, with options ranging up to the RTX 5060 (or the RTX 5070 in some markets outside the US).
Advanced Display and Battery Technology
A primary highlight of this generation is the display versatility. While the standard option features a 2.8K OLED panel at 120 Hz, users can opt for a 3.2K Tandem OLED screen. This panel achieves a peak HDR brightness of 1,000 nits and carries DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification, ensuring high color accuracy for visual editors.
Powering the device is a 92.5 Wh battery, supported by Rapid Charge Express technology. Lenovo claims this system provides three hours of runtime from a 15-minute charge, a critical feature for mobile professionals.
