Kyle Richards isn’t in a rush to date after her split from Mauricio Umansky.
“I think she’s just taking her time,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s sister, Kathy Hilton, told People in an interview published on Tuesday, November 5.
“We just wrapped a month ago, and so she’s spending a lot of time with her girls,” Kathy, 65, added, referring to RHOBH, which returns for season 14 on November 19.
Kyle, 55, and Mauricio, 54, split after 27 years of marriage in July 2023, and The Agency founder has moved out of their Beverly Hills home. (The couple share daughters Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Kyle is also mom to Farrah Aldjufrie, 36.)

At the […] However, the reality star recently told Us Weekly that they remain close. “I don’t know what the future holds right now with Mauricio and me. We love each other. So that part is easy. What’s not easy is figuring out what’s next. We’re not divorced; he doesn’t live here, but we’re still figuring things out,” Kyle told Us in a cover interview last month. “On the show, people felt they were owed answers and thought I was withholding stuff — but I’m figuring it out myself. In July, Kathy told Us she was encouraging Kyle to date again after her separation from Mauricio. “I think it will take a while,” Kathy said. “You know, I think right now her daughters are the most important thing. She’s working so much that it’s hard to get out there and, you know, after working all day, you’re kind of tired.”

For her part, Kyle recently told Us that she doesn’t “think of myself” as single and said Mauricio will continue to appear on RHOBH.
“Mau shot with me quite a bit,” she said of the new season. “He’ll come over for dinner and it’s like nothing has changed, yet everything has changed. The best way I can put it is that we’re family. It’s easy for us to get along because we never fought. That was not an issue in our marriage; there’s so much love there.”
The new season of RHOBH features a major argument between Kyle and pal Dorit Kemsley, as teased in the trailer. Costar Sutton Stracke recently told Us that the screaming match shocked her.
“My thoughts were, ‘Let’s not have the police called on us,’” Sutton shared.
“That evening is going to be a really great episode because I think none of us saw it coming,” Sutton teased to Us. “I’m going to keep you on pins and needles because it was wild.”
