Kelly Clarkson on Liferstyle Change

“It’s something else,” she noted of the unnamed treatment, “but it’s something that aids in helping break down the sugar—obviously my body doesn’t do it right.” 

At 5-foot-3, the former Voice coach noted that at her heaviest, she was over 203 pounds. She decided to make a change after learning that her blood work “got so bad.” 

Her decision to use medication was in tandem with her lifestyle changes, thanks to her move to New York City.

“Walking in the city is quite the workout,” she told People that January. “And I’m really into infrared saunas right now. And I just got a cold plunge because everybody wore me down.” 

“I eat a healthy mix,” Kelly explained of her diet. “I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor—a couple years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time, I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway.”
