More specifically, 72% of lawyers told us that litigation finance had become more relevant to their practice during the prior 12 months.
One respondent even predicted the pandemic would “turn out to be a watershed” for the area.
Now in its sixth year, our 2022 survey is exploring whether this is indeed the case.
