Industrial Logistics Properties Trust said Monday that it has appointed Brian E. Donley to succeed Richard W. Siedel Jr. as chief financial officer and treasurer.
The real estate investment trust said Mr. Donley, who also serves as financial chief and treasurer of Service Properties Trust, would step into the roles on Oct. 1.
He has also been promoted to a senior vice president at RMR Group Inc., which manages Industrial Logistics Properties Trust and Service Properties Trust.
Mr. Siedel continues to serve as financial chief and treasurer of RMR’s Diversified Healthcare Trust, as well as a senior vice president of RMR Group, the company said.
