HUAWEI presents its first anti-lost tracker, HUAWEI Tag

HUAWEI has launched its first tracker and named it HUAWEI Tag. The company’s offering is quite similar to what we’ve seen from the others, such as the Apple AirTag. Now, let’s find out what features it offers!

The HUAWEI tracker weighs 6g and has a 5.6mm thickness. It supports near-field search technologies with a maximum 92-decibel siren and a pop-up window that promptly notifies you when your stuff gets left behind. Furthermore, there are long-distance object detection, remote location via Huawei’s “find” network, and positioning via hundreds of millions of HUAWEI devices. It also encrypts the reporting of location data, which can be anonymous in both directions and includes a security reminder function for unknown HUAWEI Tags to prevent tracking.
