We’re officially at the halfway mark of the Honda Classic.
While there has been plenty of expected chaos at PGA National, the cut line settled at a respectable EVEN par. 80 golfers have advanced to the weekend, and if you’re looking to place a bet on the tournament for the first time, or maybe your outright pick missed the cut and you want some more action (like me), then you’ve come to the right place.
Let’s take a look at the live odds to win the Honda Classic, then I’ll name three golfers you should consider live betting on.

Justin Suh +320
If you want to bet on one of the two golfers sitting at +350 before they tee off on Saturday, I like Justin Suh to get it done. Some times, events like these can turn into putting contests, and if that’s the case then Suh is the one you may want to bet on. He’s gaining +3.13 strokes on the field this tournament with his putting, the second most amongst all golfers.
Suh is also gaining +1.22 strokes with his approach play and +1.48 strokes off the tee. The only area he has struggled in is around the green, but he can fix that in the final two rounds.
Suh enters today with a one-stroke lead, and at +320, he’s a solid bet to get things done.
Ben Taylor +1100
The only golfer who is putting better than Justin Suh is Ben Taylor, gaining +3.17 strokes on the field with his flat stick. His only issue has been his driving, where he’s losing -0.64 strokes. If he can start hitting fairways and keep his momentum going with his putter, he’ll be dangerous come Sunday.
He enters today at 8-under par, two strokes off the leader.
Akshay Bhatia +12500
If you want a live long shot, consider Akshay Bhatia at 125/1. He leads the field in strokes gained: approach (+2.91) heading into the weekend, and he has unique experience at this course. He won an event at PGA National as a junior back in 2018.
He has struggled with his putting, but he still enters the weekend only six shots back from the leader. There’s still plenty of time for him to close the gap. He’s worth a sprinkle if you want a long shot.
