Had Been Taken Away on Gurney in Recent Years

A neighbor of Hayden Panettiere says she witnessed the late actress being taken from her West Hollywood apartment on a gurney by firefighters on two occasions during her troubled relationship with Brian Hickerson.
The worried neighbor said she asked Hayden if she was OK during the first incident and the actress allegedly replied, “Yes.” Mia told the outlet “It appeared that she had been beaten up. It wasn’t apparent to me that it could have been anything else” — adding Hayden allegedly frequently appeared “battered.”
Mia previously told us the HOA posted the warning at the end of August 2025 … urging residents not to let Brian into the building and to call cops if he was seen anywhere on the property.
Hayden and Brian’s relationship was previously marred by domestic violence allegations. Brian pleaded no contest in 2021 to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation and domestic violence classes.
