Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. said it has appointed Benjamin Lee as its as its new chief financial officer, effective March 21.
The resort and media company said Mr. Lee will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company’s operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury and capital raising.
Mr. Lee most recently served as the CFO of the capital markets and debt products divisions at PNC Financial Services Group.
Hall of Fame Resort shares were up 5% to 96 cents in premarket trading.
