Green Dot Corp. said George Gresham has joined the company as chief finance and operating officer.
The financial technology and registered bank holding company said Mr. Gresham is a veteran finance executive with experience in payments and fintech. Mr. Gresham previously served on the boards of directors of Green Dot Corp. and Green Dot Bank from 2016 to 2019, and was CFO at NetSpend Holdings from 2010 to 2013. Prior to his executive roles at NetSpend and Green Dot, Gresham served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Global Cash Access.
Green Dot in late 2019 said Mark Shifke was retiring as CFO and Jess Unruh would serve as interim CFO.
