Local residents who love fashion or simply want to support those in the community are invited to attend the Glamour Expo this weekend.
Kimberly’s Event Center will host the event at 2 p.m. Saturday at 1029 8th Ave., in Greeley. It will feature a bridal fashion show, dresses for purchase, food vendors, bounce houses and music.
The event is partnering with Gifts from the Heart, which provides clothing, hygiene products, winter blankets, food and more to residents in need.
Dresses will be available for toddlers, prom dresses and quinceañeras. Makeup and jewelry vendors will also be in attendance.
More than 75 prom dresses have been donated. Macy’s of Fort Collins and Abielle Bridal in Loveland worked with the Fellowship of Christian Students at Valley High School for the event.
A portion of the proceeds from dress sales will go to Gifts from the Heart for its charitable work. The goal of the event is to help provide affordable dresses and help others, organizers said in a release.
More information can be found on the Kimberly’s Event Center Facebook and Instagram pages.
