Ruby Lyn admits she’s always lateābut never for Chanel.
It’s Paris Fashion Week and the crowning moment for the Gen Z social media star (and, honestly, for nearly everyone who flocks to the French capital during the shows) is scoring a coveted invite to watch models parade down the runway at the Grand Palais. This Chanel show marked the first since Matthieu Blazy’s appointment as Artistic Director and, although the industry is still waiting for the designer’s debut at the 115-year-old French maison, Lyn is still incredibly sat. The Chanel girl is whimsical and fun, mixing tulle, tweed, and her grandmother’s vintage broaches like no one’s business. Frankly, it’s why Lyn tells Who What Wear she loves it so much. “The whole show was just so pretty and feminine and elegant,” she mused in her social media takeover, now live on Who What Wear‘s Instagram. “It’s something Chanel knows how to do just right.”
We caught up with Lyn just as she was putting the final touches on her look for the Chanel Fall-Winter 2025 runway showāclearly, she’s ready to steal the spotlight
