Fulton County’s DA continues to bring big political names into her election meddling investigation – WABE

On Thursday, a judge ruled prosecutors can ask him about allege efforts to encourage Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to throw out ballots.

And Governor Brian Kemp will not have to testify until after the November midterms where he is seeking re-election.

Advocates worry Georgia’s abortion law will impact treatments for miscarriage…

It’s been more than a month since a federal court enacted Georgia’s abortion law House Bill 481, banning nearly all abortions at about six weeks of pregnancy, when ultrasound machines can detect electrical pulsing in the womb and before many people know they are pregnant.

The law is already fueling fears in Georgia that it may also make it harder for some patients to access miscarriage management because the treatment uses the same procedures as abortion.  

“Here we go again”…

We talk with Larry Sernovitz, the senior rabbi at Temple Kol Emeth in Marietta, who works with Cobb County schools after anti-Semitic incidents. The latest included logos for an elementary school in the county that resembled a Nazi eagle.
