By Tom Fish (September 9, 2022, 8:40 PM BST) — Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP has hired a leveraged finance specialist as a partner for its private equity practice in London to advise the firm’s financial sponsor clients on complex cross-border debt financing transactions.
Carol Van der Vorst joined Freshfields on Sept. 6 from Ropes & Gray LLP, where she was a partner on the finance team for four years.
