Farrah Abraham plans on ‘taking legal action’ against Harvard University after encountering alleged ‘educational abuse’ at the institution.

The 30-year-old told TMZ on Thursday that she experienced ‘a Chrissy Teigen situation’ while completing a Master’s program in creative writing through the extension program.

The former Teen Mom cast member claimed she was urged to drop the course after she was told to submit an assignment without proofreading it.

Abraham began by alleging that she had been the victim of unjust treatment related to her assignments in a recent course she had taken.

‘An elder teacher in a position of power with a male dean blocked me out of a class and also said lies about my work,’ she remarked.

She also claimed that she reached out to the university in order to clear up the situation, but according to her, ‘nobody took a call, no one took a meeting.’

The reality television star was also shocked by an instructor’s response to her class assignment, after she was told to submit a class assignment in without ‘checking it over.’

‘When a teacher tells you “don’t worry about checking it over, it’s a class activity, just send it over to me”…as soon as I get off the class, she then sends an email, she urges me to stop the course,’ she recalled.

Abraham went on to speak about the institution’s principles as a whole, claiming that ‘Harvard’s system is completely, like, wrong. It’s abusive.’

She also bemoaned the lack of diversity that she allegedly encountered during her class at the university.

The singer pointed out that she was enthusiastic about putting the past behind her, although she remained upset about her treatment.

‘I’m happy I got my official transcripts and I can move on with my life, but wow, that was an awful, awful environment to do school in. I don’t deserve it, and I treat myself better than that,’ she remarked.

Abraham also described herself as ‘a hard worker by nature’ and told the media outlet that the institution was not professional in its standards.

‘I see that I’m not working with good people, and Harvard is a very abusive Ivy League school,’ she said.

The reality television figure declared that the university was overly concerned with its public image as a top learning institution.

She said: ‘Harvard has mentally, psychologically screwed us all up to think that they’re the most prestigious Ivy League; they are not.’

Abraham then remarked that the university had much work to do on what she described as its many shortcomings.

‘Their academic standards are out of date, they’re old, they’re archaic and they need to update their system,’ she said.

TMZ also reached out to Harvard for comment, and the university responded by pointing out that they do not comment on individual academic matters in accordance with federal student privacy laws.

Abraham also wrote a lengthy one-star review of Harvard on Yelp, where she further bemoaned the alleged treatment she received from its instructors.

In the message, she described the university as neither a ‘safe nor credible school to attend’ and that ‘they offer nothing to really produce in the real world.’

This past May, the reality television figure had Harvard’s name removed from her LinkedIn profile as she could not prove that she was formally attending the institution.
