The 25-year-old was found dead in her Nashville home Friday by the Nashville Police Department, PEOPLE confirms.
“Due to the unexpected death of Chris and Deanna Daughtry’s daughter, Hannah, all currently scheduled shows for the coming week for Daughtry have been postponed,” a rep for the singer said in a statement to PEOPLE on Friday.
The statement continued: “The Daughtry family thanks you for your understanding and respectfully asks for privacy during this very difficult time. Further details will be made available at a later date. The investigation into this tragic death is still ongoing.”
Hannah and her brother Griffin, 23, are Deanna’s biological children from a previous relationship. Chris and Deanna also share twins Adalynn Rose and Noah James, 10.

Chris, 41, and Deanna, 48, met in 2000. In 2019, the couple opened up to PEOPLE about their marriage, revealing how they’d endured lengthy trials to move into an “open heart and growth season.”
“I think we’ve been committed enough to learn as we go and realize that we’re still trying to figure it out,” Chris said.

Deanna added, “It’s like the universe knew that we were going to help each other grow, and each of us was going to be exactly what the other needed.”
Surviving crises together, Chris said, is “when real growth happens. That’s when real closeness happens. That’s when you can say, I love this person, not because it’s fun and new right now. I love this person because she just dealt with some real bulls— of mine that I’m dealing with myself, and she’s strong enough to stand by me and get through it with me, and hopefully, we come out stronger together. And we have.”

He continued: “I think we both want to grow together. I think we both are after the same goal, and that’s being our true selves with each other.”
