CES 2026: Futuristic announcements from Jackery

CES 2026: Key announcements from Jackery around the future of power stations

I remember running into Jackery’s power stations during COVID-19 as an easy way to keep a laptop and phone alive for long work days. Back then, those boxes felt like a quiet hero for remote work. Now, Jackery rolls into CES 2026 with three fresh reveals. The list features the Explorer 1500 Ultra Power Station, the Solar Gazebo with high-output solar panels, and the Solar Mars Bot with AI that can create and move power.

Jackery has sold versions of these products in past years, yet the CES 2026 models go further. They hold more power, bring stronger AI features, and face rough weather with confidence. The designs look bold, though some parts make DIY builds feel like a lower-cost path. With that in mind, here is a closer look at what Jackery has been preparing behind the scenes.

Solar Gazebo

Jackery says the Solar Gazebo is a dual-purpose structure that blends comfort with utility. The aluminum-framed setup features a louvered roof for shade, built-in AC outlets, and optional extras like a pull-down projector screen, which turns it into an outdoor entertainment hub.

The Solar Gazebo uses high-efficiency solar panels that deliver up to 2,000 W of capacity and can generate as much as 10 kilowatt-hours per day. That said, with an expected price between $12,000 and $15,000—before adding any battery storage—it’s hard not to think you could save some money by building a similar setup yourself using solar panels and power stations.

Alongside the Solar Gazebo, Jackery is launching what it calls the “world’s first autonomous solar system robot.” At its core, the Solar Mars Bot acts as a mobile solar station with panels that tilt to catch the most sun wherever it goes.

The robot has foldable solar panels on top. Fold them, and it stays compact for easy moves. Open them up, and six panels spread out to soak up sunlight, producing up to 600 W of power.

The newest version does more than just roll around on its own. It uses AI-powered vision to cruise your lawn and hunt for sunlight. It also doubles as a portable power station, offering 300 W once charged, and follows you around to deliver power wherever you need it.

The Explorer 1500 Ultra Portable Power Station focuses on durability. It carries an IP65 rating, which is still rare for high-capacity power stations. That means it keeps out dust and can handle water jets—a huge plus if you’ve ever tried running a power station in rain, sand, or on a job site. Like Jackery’s Explorer 300, the 1500 packs a lot of power into a portable, tough, and easy-to-use design.

Inside, the Explorer 1500 houses a 1,536 Wh battery, delivers 1,800 W of continuous output, and can surge up to 2,600 W for five minutes. It also supports fast charging. That means it can power small gadgets and appliances, plus larger devices like refrigerators or a full home office setup.

Parting thoughts

Looking back, it’s wild to see how far Jackery has come since those quiet COVID days when a simple power station felt like a lifesaver. CES 2026 shows they aren’t just keeping devices alive—they’re rethinking how we access and move power, from the bold Solar Gazebo to the AI-driven Solar Mars Bot.

I find the Explorer 1500 Ultra impressive too, packing serious juice into a rugged, portable frame. Sure, some parts feel like they invite DIY alternatives, but the convenience and tech packed into these devices still stand out. Overall, I’m curious to see how Jackery’s CES 2026 announcements could change the way we work, play, and stay powered outdoors.
