The Tampa Bay Buccaneers updated Team Outlook after releasing veteran LT Donovan Smith in a salary cap-saving move. By releasing the 29-year-old Smith prior to the start of the 2023 league year, the Bucs clear nearly $10M in cap space. Over his eight-year tenure in Tampa, Smith started 124 out of a possible 130 regular season games.
