NEW YORK (AP) — Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (ARI) on Monday reported second-quarter earnings of $67.7 million.
The New York-based company said it had net income of 42 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 41 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $75.9 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $74.5 million.
Apollo Commerical Finance shares have increased 40% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $15.63, a rise of 71% in the last 12 months.
