90 Day Fiancé alum Eric Rosenbrook is facing new legal trouble only days after he and his wife Leida Margaretha’s newborn baby, daughter Alisa, died, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Monday, July 14, Rosenbrook had two citations filed against him in court: operating while under the influence and possessing an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. The reality star had no comment about the accusations when contacted by Us.
The citations related to an encounter that the Adams Police Department had with Rosenbrook, 47, on July 5. Officers were looking for the reality star after he was accused of slapping his wife.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Rosenbrook’s wife, only identified as “LNM” in the criminal complaint, told officers Rosenbrook started an argument after she told him he drinks too much.
The alleged victim said she picked up their daughter. She said Rosenbrook wanted to hold her but she was afraid to allow him to hold their baby due to Rosenbrook allegedly being drunk.
The report said Rosenbrook’s wife feared he would drop the child. She claimed he slapped her after she made another comment about his drinking.
