Philadelphia 76ers updated Team Outlook after veteran forward Kelly Oubre was signed to a 1-year deal with the team. Oubre is coming off a season in which he averaged 20.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game with the Hornets. Oubre will play big minutes for the Sixers, as he is expected to play the 6th man role.
