However, as we move past the middle of the season and further into autumn, I’m now starting to think about the trouser styles that I’ll be adding to my wardrobe for when the temperature drops.

Style Notes: As an editor with minimal taste, I used to be unconvinced that animal print could look elegant and polished. Now, I can’t get enough of it, investing in everything from a leopard print bag to a zebra print slip skirt. And for autumn 2025, animal-print trousers are at the forefront of this cool trend, with brands like Khaite showcasing chic iterations. Different enough to make an outfit look intentional but neutral enough to slot easily into your neutral palette, I’m predicting we’ll see animal-print trousers everywhere this autumn.
