Best Dressed Stars at the Met Gala 2024

The stars have all walked the famous stairs of the Met Gala for the 2024 event, and we saw hundreds of interpretations of the event’s dress code, “A Garden in Time,” which was based on the Costume Institute exhibit’s theme “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

And while some of the night’s looks may end up on the list of most controversial looks ever, or even make our list of the best of all time, these are the 21 that made an impact, were the most memorable, or just were the prettiest of the evening – as hotly debated in our PEOPLE Met Gala slack Monday night.
