- There are some things I treasure more than others in life. My dog, my fiancé…and Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter. As the name suggests, this stuff is like a glowy, blurring filter in a bottle. Simply swipe the large doe-foot applicator onto the skin, blend the product out with a brush, and prepare for your healthiest-looking complexion yet. I don’t remember what I did before using this product, but I can’t imagine my makeup routine without it now. On “no makeup” makeup days, I wear it alone with a little concealer, but on other days, I apply it underneath my foundation for that “lit-from-within” finish.
