With no natural predators the deer population is becoming overwhelming. The white-tailed deer are finding safe places of residence in areas they haven’t been seen in in years. This includes bustling urban areas and this includes the cites in this state. This presents danger to road travel as the deer will run out in the road causing accidents, whether they are hit directly or force a vehicle into another collision.
The deer have been doing damage to the properties in this state as they consume vegetation, destroying crops, landscapes and other foliage. They also spread disease to humans and other animals.
