Tom Brady Honors Exes Gisele Bündchen, Bridget Moynahan in Sweet Mother’s Day Tributes
Gisele Bündchen is looking back at her life in New England.
Six years after the supermodel officially moved out of Boston following her then-husband Tom Brady‘s relocation to Florida for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she reflected on her time in Massachusetts’ capital.
“I had moved to Boston and was living a much quieter life,” Bündchen, who moved to New England in 2007, recalled during an interview with W Magazine published June 10. “Earlier in my career, everything was about achievement and saying yes to every opportunity.”
“Over time, I began to understand the importance of finding balance,” she continued. “My spiritual practice helped me become more present and more connected to myself. Instead of focusing on external expectations, I started paying attention to how I felt internally.”
The 45-year-old—who shares kids Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, and stepson Jack, 18, with Brady, as well as a 16-month-old son with husband Joaquim Valente—emphasized that shifting her perspective was essential for personal growth.
As she put it, “That changed everything—not only my work, but also the way I experienced life.”
