Las Vegas Raiders updated Team Outlook after offensive tackle Brandon Parker was placed on the IR with a preseason injury. Parker missed the whole season last year with a different injury suffered in the preseason and now the presumed Right Tackle will have begin the year on the IR. The Raiders will turn to Thayer Munford to start at Right Tackle this season with Parker injured.
