The Las Vegas Raiders updated Team Outlook after placing the franchise tag on reigning NFL rushing champion, RB Josh Jacobs. Under the tag Jacobs will make $10.091M next season. The 25-year-old All-Pro is coming off a year where he finished with 12 touchdowns and a league-best 2,053 total scrimmage yards. Jacobs and the Raiders have until July 15 to negotiate a long-term contract.
